The everything
design tool.
My go-to for all things design. Whether you’re building your brand, creating client handouts, or designing social graphics, Canva makes it doable without a design degree.
Canva Free
Drag-and-drop design for everything. A solid starting point for any practice.
Canva Pro (recommended)
Brand kit, background remover, Magic Resize, and unlimited templates. Worth it once you’re designing regularly.

Where my practice lives.
For organizing your whole practice brain: client intake systems, content calendars, project tracking, policy management/SOPs, KPIs, etc. Think of it as the digital binder you never had.
Notion (free version)
Unlimited blocks, version history, and synced databases. Useful once you’re building bigger systems.

Browser extension that makes custom CSS editing on Squarespace way less painful. Grab this one.
SEOSpace (free and upgrade version)
SEO audit tool built specifically for Squarespace sites. Useful once you want to start showing up in search.
Ghost Plugins (many free)
Great variety, lots of free options. Highly recommend checking the full library.

A solid collection for adding functionality that Squarespace doesn’t natively support.
Will Myers
Some of the best-built Squarespace plugins out there. Mega menus, scroll animations, and more.
SQSMods
Magic Drop and other useful layout mods. Great for non-coders who want more control.
Sqsp Themes
Sidebar and related posts plugins are standouts. Clean, well-supported, and easy to install. Check out my blog section to really side the sidebar in action on desktop version.

Record your screen with your face in the corner. Great for tutorials, walkthroughs, and async client communication.
Unsplash (free)
Beautiful, editorial-quality photos. Check each image’s license. Most are free but a few have restrictions.
Claude (free or paid)
The AI assistant I actually use daily for writing, brainstorming, and building systems. Thoughtful and useful for practice owners.
Descript (free and paid)
Record, transcribe, and edit audio and video by editing the text. Great for therapists creating course content, podcast episodes, or video walkthroughs.
Gamma (free or paid)
AI-powered presentations and documents. Great for quickly building polished desks without starting from scratch.
Capcut (free or paid options)
Easy video editing for Reels and Tiktok. Auto-captions, templates and a clean mobile editor, no video experience needs.
