Beautiful, editorial-quality photos. Check each image’s license. Most are free but a few have restrictions.

Claude (free or paid)

The AI assistant I actually use daily for writing, brainstorming, and building systems. Thoughtful and useful for practice owners.

Descript (free and paid)

Record, transcribe, and edit audio and video by editing the text. Great for therapists creating course content, podcast episodes, or video walkthroughs.

Gamma (free or paid)

AI-powered presentations and documents. Great for quickly building polished desks without starting from scratch.

Capcut (free or paid options)

Easy video editing for Reels and Tiktok. Auto-captions, templates and a clean mobile editor, no video experience needs.
